Unable to access form that are sent via LinkedIn

Guten Abend, Ich habe den Link https://form.jotform.com/231664804313351 nun an Zig LinkedIn Kontakte gesendet und habe schon ein paar Rückmeldungen bekommen, dass er nicht funktioniert. (und dann funktioniert er aber wieder)

Woran kann das liegen?
