There are several ways to can reclaim your storage. We have a guide to Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. You will need to either delete attachments or submissions. You will also need to clear the Trash. Let me show you how to remove attachments from your submissions:

1. In My Forms, hover over the form and click on Submissions.
2. Click on the attachment in the File Upload.
3. If you wish to keep a copy of the attachment, click on the green download button.
4. Click on the Trash Can to delete the attachment.
5. Note that these items do not go in the trash. They are deleted immediately.

Danke, dass Sie sich bei Jotform melden. Ich habe so eben Ihren Jotform Account überprüft und konnte feststellen, dass sich die Anzahl Ihrer Antworten zurückgesetzt hat. Dies passiert jeweils einmal im Monat. Sie können die Anzahl an monatlichen Antworten hier erhöhen. Um den restlichen Datenspeicher zu leeren, müssen Sie in Ihrem Papierkorb überprüfen, ob es dort ungelöschte Einsendungen gibt.

So machen Sie das:

• In Ihrer Tabellenübersicht klicken Sie auf das Drei-Punkte-Menü neben dem Namen Ihres Formulars.
• Klicken Sie auf Gelöschte Einträge.
• Wählen Sie nun Alles Auswählen und drücken Sie auf Endgültig löschen.
• Bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit einem Klick auf den Löschen-Knopf.
