Hallo lieber Support mein Problem ist dass mein Link nicht funktioniert und andere deshalb nicht über den Link auf mein Formular zugreifen können. Das Problem ist dass ich den Link bereits verteilt habe und deshalb nicht einfach einen neuen Link erstellen kann ich benötige dringend Hilfe.
Hier sehen sie den Link um den es sich handelt.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I've replicated the issue. The form is not loading. I've gone ahead and escalated the issue to our Developer Team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
