Google Spreadsheet: Not able to count correctly the response

Hallo,

wir benutzen auf unseren Formularen ein Antwortzähler und haben dies eingestellt. auf dem Online Formular wird dies korrekt angezeigt aber nicht wenn die Daten dann bei Google in der Excel laden stimmen diese nicht über ein.

Sprich erster User meldet sich über das Kontaktformular dieser bekommt dann durch den Antwortzähler die 1. Der zweite die 2 und so weiter es haben sich jetzt 13 Personen angmeldet und der Antwortzähler hat den letzten Personen hier die 10 gegeben richtig wäre 10,11,12,13 warum passiert dies?
