Card Form: Submit button

Wie kriege ich es hin, in meinem neuen Formular "PHÖNIX Anmeldung" unten ganz am Schluss einen großen SUBMIT Button unter die letzte Seite zu setzen?

Ich kann nicht finden, wo mir Jotform so einen einfachen großen Button anbietet, der das dann einfach nur als E-Mail an mich verschickt, wenn der Kunde ihn klickt - anstatt einfach nur wieder mit "OK" unten rechts zu klicken.

Now, let me help you with your question. The submit button for your card form will appear on the form's final page. Keep in mind that if they click the button on the right on the last page of your form, it will send you an email informing you of the submission. Check out the screencast below:
