    Hi Clémence,

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, since the message was sent from a guest account, we're unable to access or locate the related account details. You should share the URL of the form you're working on. You can look at this guide to learn how to share your URL.

Alternatively, you can log in to your Jotform account and send us a new message.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi Clémence,

Upon checking, I can confirm that you're using a Card Form Layout. Unfortunately, the Card Form layout does not support adding Custom CSS code. Custom CSS injection is only available in the Classic Form layout. If you need to apply custom styling, you would need to switch your form to the Classic layout, where you can freely add and manage CSS rules. As a workaround, you can change your form's layout to Classic Form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon in the upper right side of the panel to open the Form Designer Menu.
    2. Now, go to the Layout tab and select the Classic Form option.

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button in the upper left side of the panel to open the Form Elements menu.
    2. Now, under the Basic tab, select the Single Choice element and add it to your form.
    3. Then, click on the Gear icon, go to the Options tab, remove the existing options, and enter the Yes /No options.
