サブスクリプションのフォームが入力時のみ日本語となり、プレビューもしくは公開先は英語表記となる。

While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Japanese Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

Now, coming back to your question, that behavior is expected. The language setting applies to the form itself when respondents are filling it out, so if the form language is set to Japanese, all form labels, system texts, and messages will appear in Japanese during submission.

But, the Form Builder interface, preview page, and publishing or sharing destinations remain in English by default, as those are part of the Jotform platform and are not affected by the form’s language setting.

As long as the form language is set to Japanese, users filling out the subscription form will see it entirely in Japanese. There’s no issue with your setup, and nothing additional needs to be changed. If you’d like the Form Builder interface to appear in Japanese as well, you can change the language from your account settings. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page.

2. Next, click on Settings, then from there, you'll see the Language section.

3. Now, you can change your account's Language by clicking the Edit button.

4. Then, choose your preferred language by clicking the Dropdown.

5. Finally, click on Save to apply the selected language.
