PayUでクレジット決済ができません。

ポーランドである国際会議に参加するためにPayUで支払いをしとうとしているのですが、VISAカードでもマスターカードでもエラーが出てしまいます。VISAカードは楽天、マスターカードはオリコカードです。11万円ほどの支払いですが、どうしたら良いでしょうか？ApplePayやGooglePayでも試してみましたが、どちらもエラーでした。
