Can you tell me why, when a Customer send me a form, 2 fileds are not printed?
Field number and field address are not printed when we receive the form.

Hi,
I've fixed it for you. Your form field tags are incorrect.
We have a system update tool that works in the form notification email every time you'll made some changes to your form. But this tool will only work for the default format of the notification email. If you modify the body part, especially the table or the field tags, this auto update feature will become inactive. When it's inactive, it cannot update your form notification email causing this issue with missing field or field data.
