Hi ! I want to transfer one of my forms to another account.

Please note that I don't want this form to be deleted on the first account. I want to clone it to another account so that both accounts have it.
The username of the account the form is on is: coworking
The name of the form is: Formulaire de saisie de rapport de rencontre
The username of the account I want the form to be transferred is: Elevesque

You are correct with the process but we need the request to originate from the account that has the form. Log in to the "coworking" account and make the same request. We will move the form as soon as we get to the request.

Yes I was logged in with the wrong account.
So usernames are: coworking and Elevesque

I just saw that the transfer was effective.
But I can also notice that the form has been deleted from the account coworking. This is not really what I asked because I would like to use this form on both accounts.
My first message: "Please note that I don't want this form to be deleted on the first account. I want to clone it to another account so that both accounts have it."
Besides the previous answers to this form have also been transfered. And this is also inconvenient for me.
As specified I just wanted the form model to be cloned from the coworking account to the Elevesque account.
Can you do something to correct it please?

When you said transfer from one account to another, this to us meant to move the form from one account to another. The form was not deleted from the first account, it was just moved to the second account. I did misunderstand what you were looking for.
I moved the form back to your coworking account. If you simply want to make a new copy in a different account, here is how to do so:
