    Bonjour,

    Hi Ginioux,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, it's currently not possible to change the format of the price elements, specifically the price and the currency sign. As a workaround, you can use the Multiple Choice element to list your products down, and manually put their prices on the products with your desired price and currency symbol format. Then, assign Calculation Values to each of the product. Let me walk through setting that up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. Under Basic, scroll down to see Multiple Choice, then drag and drop it onto your form.
    3. List your products down, together with their prices.

    1. Click on the Multiple Choice field, and click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
    2. Go to the Options tab, and toggle Calculation Values.
    3. Place numbers as the products' values, which is equivalent to their prices.

Then, let's add a Form Calculation widget to your form, where the price comes from when connecting to a payment gateway. This is so we can pass a calculation to a payment field later. Here's how to do it:

    1. Click on Add Form Element again, and go to the Widgets tab.
    2. Drag and drop Form Calculation onto your form.
    3. In the Widget Settings panel that pops up, click on the Add Field button, and choose the Multiple Choice field where your products are listed.
    4. Click on Save.

Lastly, we need to add a payment gateway to your form:

    1. Open Add Form Element again, and go to the Payments tab.
    2. Select your preferred payment gateway.
    3. In the Payment Settings panel that pops up, select User Defined Amount from the Payment Type dropdown.
    4. Select Calculation from the Get Price From dropdown, and click on Save.

That's it. As for your other questions, I've moved them to new threads. You can check that out through these links:
