    Depuis quelque temps, il est Impossible d'ouvrir les fichiers excel des tableaux de rapport

    Hi Jean,

    Can you please tell us the URL of the Excel Report you are having issue with.

    I tried checking it on your jotform and I found this http://www.jotformpro.com/excel/33224206638046

    Is this the Excel report? 

    If that report is having issue, can please retry first creating a new Excel report.

    Check if the new Excel report still have the same issue.

    Merci pour la ronse,
    Bien sur, il est possible de crr le fichier excel mais lorsque je tente de l'ouvrir il me dit que "le convertisseur ne peux ouvrir ce fichier."
    Cela fonctionnait parfaitement quelques semaines auparavant.

    I have checked the form submission excel report of your JotForm Formulaire de candidature and was able to replicate the issue. Could you confirm if the issue is with this form itself? I suspect that there could be an issue with a submission. But since we have more columns and submissions, please allow us some time to check on this and get back to you with relevant information.

    Meanwhile, could you let us confirm if we are checking the correct form and since when you see this error. This helps us in identifying the problem submission quickly.

    Je vous confirme que le proble n'est que sur le "formulaire de candidature", car je viens de crr un rapport excel sur le formulaire "accord formation" qui fonctionne bien.
    Je vous confirme aussi que le proble sur le "formulaire candidature "est apparu depuis le milieu du mois de septembre 2014.

    I believe my colleagues provided you the above links to allow you to download it. However, you should still be able to download the files yourself without a problem.

    When I tested this as well I see the same as my colleagues where the file downloads immediately so I think that was why they shared it with you instead because we are unable to replicate the issue since the file downloads normally here.

    Are you still unable to download the file directly from your jotform report?

    I've cleared your form cache to see if this helps at all, so please try again now. If not then can you try in a different browser to see if you can download it there instead?

    Should you still be experiencing issues please tell us what browser|browser version you are using.

    Not a problem, that's why I was double-checking it with you first so that we can see if we can figure out why it is not working for you on your end.

    What version of Chrome and Firefox are you using?
