Form not displayed on mobile devices

    Avec le code Iframe , le formulaire ne fonctionne toujour pas sur tablette et mobile ....

    I see that the issue is being caused by a class .mediumScreenDisabled on your web pages which is causing the form not to display on mobile devices. Please see the screencast below:

    Please make necessary changes in your CSS file so that the form should be displayed correctly on mobile devices.
