I checked your form on my end and it seems like I am able to save it successfully.
May I ask which browser were you using when you encountered the issue? It might be possible that you were logged out of your account which is why you weren't able to save it properly. It could also be due to having the form builder open in multiple tabs.
Please try clearing your form cache and your browser cache and save the form again. You can also check your form's revision history to check the edits that you have made on the form: How to view form revision history

J'ai bien fait tout ce que vous m'aviez dit de faire, j'ai essayé avec Safari et Chrome (MAC), mais les sauvegardes ne se font pas toujours... Quelque fois, oui... Souvent, non.

I also checked your form and was able to save changes without issue. I would recommend saving your form more frequently to ensure the session is not timing out or something of that nature. As far as I can tell though, your form and all others should be saving properly at this time.
