Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. The Total Submission limit is the maximum number of entries you can keep from all your forms in your account. If you reach this limit, the system will automatically delete the oldest entries to make space for new submissions. To avoid losing data, we suggest you download your form submissions. Additionally, your total submission limit can be freed by purging form entries. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Forms page, select the form.
2. Click on Submissions in the top toolbar.
   
   
3. In Jotform Tables, click on the Download All button on the left side of the page.
4. Choose your desired file format from the menu to begin the download process.
   
   

Now that you've downloaded your form submissions, you can delete and purge them. Check out the steps and screencast below to see how it's done:

1. In Jotform Tables, select the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.
2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
3. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.
   
   
4. Open the main tab’s menu by clicking on the three dots icon.
5. Next, select Trashed entries.
6. In the Trash pane on the right, select the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
7. Finally, click on the Delete button in the confirmation dialog.
