I want to confirm if the cancellation I made was completed as I didn't get a confirmation email

    Guten Tag,

    ich habe heute meinen Account von Silver zu Gratis heruntergestuft, der am 01.05. beginnen soll.

    Der Vorgang wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Jedoch habe ich keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail erhalten.

    Bitte klären Sie das, damit der Wechsel vollzogen werden kann.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Since you did not receive an email confirming the downgrade you made for your account, I assume you would like to make sure that it was completed. I've checked your account and I did see that the process has been completed. As you mentioned, the end date of the cancelled subscription is on May 1, 2024. Until then, you can still use the features you have subscribed for. Please note, however, that once your account reverts to Starter (Free) plan, and you have exceeded the limit dedicated to the said plan after the downgrade, your forms, and submission might get inaccessible. I suggest downloading the submissions before the end date so you can keep copies of them and then delete/purge them after. As for your forms, since I can see that you have more than 5 of them (5 is the max number for active forms you can keep in a Starter plan), you can download a fillable PDF version of it, and this link can definitely help.

    Regarding the email, kindly check all the active folders in your email account, especially Spam/Junk, as it might have been delivered some place else rather than your Inbox.
