    Hallo

    MfG

    Hi Theo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Could you try to reset the Google Sheets integration by removing and adding it? Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.

    3. Click on Google Sheets.

    4. Click on Remove Integration.

If the issue still persists after removing and adding back the Google Sheet integration, please share with us a screenshot on what it looks like on the Google sheet. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Also, please share with us the submission ID of the concerned submission data. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Tables, on the right side of the screen, click on Columns.

    2. Scroll down to Submission ID.

    3. Tick the checkbox on the left side of Submission ID.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
