Now, coming back to your question, the Anfrage-Besichtigung (240994607370361) and Anfrage-Rückruf (240914732487361) forms in your account, which you have updated most recently, both only have two pages.

I found two other forms, the Anfrage-Betriebsadresse (240888060428360) and the Anfrage-Expansionsadresse (240863738207360) both have four pages. Are those the forms you are having issues with? When I tested those forms, everything on Page 3 worked the way it was supposed to. I can also scroll the other pages on the form. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you tell us the link to the website where your form is embedded? Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can take a screenshot, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. You can also use free software like Loom, Vidyard, or Screenrec to record what is happening and share the link to the saved video that will help us to better understand what’s going on.

Die Formulare funktionieren auf großem Monitor (Desktop-PC und Notebook).

Aber auf dem HANDY (Smartphone) sind alle drei Formulare defekt. Hierzu habe ich jeweils den Bildschirm als Video aufgezeichnet.

Ebenso sind auf einem TABLET alle drei Formulare defekt.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. When I cloned and tested one of your forms embedded on my test website, the same thing happened for me as you see in the screenshot below:

After investigating it a bit, I found your forms were embedded using the Embed Script.

Can you try re-embedding your forms using their iframe embed codes this time and see if that would resolve the issue? You can copy the codes from the Form Builder. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Now, click on the Iframe option, and copy the code.
• That's it. Embed the codes on your webpage and you're done.

Using the iframe embed codes, we can avoid conflicts between the scripts on your website and the scripts on your form.

Can you give it a try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
