Wie kann ich die Ergebnisse bei Mehrfachnennungen auf verschiedene Spalten aufteilen?

Liebes Support-Team,

ich habe eine Umfrage erstellt und Fragen mit Mehrfachnennungen angelegt. Wenn Teilnehmende mehrere Antworten ankreuzen und ich die Ergebnisse als Excel-Datei exportiere, werden mir die Fragen als Spalten angezeigt und die Antworten innerhalb einer Kachel. Dadurch kann ich keine Analysen anfertigen. Stattdessen hätte ich gerne, dass nicht jede Frage eine Spalte darstellt, sondern jede Antwortmöglichkeit. Ist dies möglich?

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this. Unfortunately, you can't split the data selected in the dropdown field. Each column in the Jotform Table only represents one field. If you want the data separated, you could add multiple dropdown fields and show them conditionally. Another option would be to download the data as an Excel file and then separate the values into different columns manually.
