How do I select multiple answers on a form and have them appear as separate columns in Jotform Table?

    Greetings,

We have a form containing a drop down list. The list has a few options and we've set it up so that multiple options can be selected. The issue we are having is that on the response table, both options are appearing within the same row instead of separate submissions. Please view the video in the linked provided for a demonstration.

    Hello Venolan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to split the data selected in the dropdown field. Please note that a column in the Jotform Table represents a single field. If you'd want to have the data separated, you may add multiple dropdown fields and conditionally show them if the user wants to select another Kudo Receiver.

Another workaround will be to download the data into an Excel file and then manually split the values into separate columns.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
