    Hi Paul,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, it is possible to allow other individuals to edit your form by sharing the form's Collaboration Link. Let me walk you through how to find the Collaboration Link:

    1. Hover your mouse over the form on your account home page.
    2. Click on the Edit Form option across the form's name. How to allow other people to edit my forms? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Click the Add Collaborators button in the upper right of the Form Builder.
    4. Click the Copy Link button so you can share it with your colleagues. How to allow other people to edit my forms? Image 2 Screenshot 41

Right now, there's no limit to the number of users who can use the Collaboration Link simultaneously or not, but remember the link is only valid for 72 hours, and a new one will be generated afterward. More importantly, the option to generate a Collaboration Link is also available on Starter(Free) accounts.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
