We keep seeing a message that our email is on the Bounce List

Wie kommt es dazu? Hängt das vielleicht auch mit dem anderen Problem zusammen?

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with this. Please note that the Bounce List is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server being temporarily unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or Jotform is on your blacklist. Also, I checked your email address info@club-konzepte.de and could see that this email is no longer on our Bounce list, check out the screenshot below to see my results:

So, you should not have problem logging in. Also, I have gone ahead and whitelisted your IP address, so you should not have this problem again on your next log in. But if it will happen, please let us know and we will further check what is going on. Consider also taking a screenshot of the error message and send it to us.
