Cancel Plan and Request Refund

Da wir seit einiger Zeit keine Formulare mehr verwenden, möchten wir gerne die Lizenzierung auf die kostenlose Version umstellen. Wir bitten um, die kürzlich generierte Rechnung als Gutschrift zu erstatten.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, You can cancel your plan and request a refund, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar/profile picture in the top-right corner of your page.
2. In the dropdown, click on Settings. You can also directly go to Settings page clicking this link.
3. Click on the Billing tab located on the left-hand menu.
4. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
5. Click the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions so that the renewal will not continue on the next billing cycle. Your account will remain on paid status for the period you paid for. After that, you can go ahead and fill up the refund request form. You will then receive a confirmation email of your request.
