How to Request a Refund From Jotform

In order to get a refund for a payment you made to Jotform, you can use our Refund Request Wizard. Here’s how it works.

Requesting a refund

  • If you choose Full Refund, you’ll be asked to select the reason for your refund request from a list of possible options. This will help us categorize your request. If your reason is not covered by any of the provided options, you can select Other, then give further details in your own words.
  • To request a partial refund, select Other. For example, you could request a partial refund if you accidentally upgraded your account and would like to be refunded the amount of the upgrade. You will be asked to select the reason for your partial refund request from a set of options.

3. If you selected Full Refund, you will also see a screen showing the details of your account and the amount of the refund. In this screen, you’ll see your account type and other details related to your request.

4. Once you’re reviewed the details of your refund, click Submit Refund Request. You will be directed to a page where you will see that your request has been successfully received. You will also receive an email with the details of the request and a tracking ID number.

5. Your request will either be approved or denied. If your request is approved, we will work on granting your refund request. It may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If your request is denied, it means that the request does not meet the terms of our refund policy. You will receive an email with detailed explanation about the decision.

Tracking your refund request

To track your refund request, follow these steps:

2. Enter the tracking ID provided in the email you received when you submitted your refund request. Click View Status.

3. You will then be able to see the status of your request.

1. Be clear and to the point. Try to explain the reasons for your request clearly and concisely. This will help us to assess and process your request more quickly.

2. Check your spam box. If you don’t receive a timely response from us, be sure to check the spam or junk folder in your email account.
