Umgang mit Login

Guten Tag

Ich wollte mich nochmals bei Ihnen erkundigen, betreffend meiner Login-Probleme. Wir sind ein Sportclub und insgesamt sind wir mit der Bearbeitung von Formularen zu dritt. Seit ein paar Wochen muss mein Kollege jeweils beim Login einen Code eingeben. Dieser Code wird jedoch mir per Email geschckt. Dies macht die Sache sehr kompliziert, da ich jeweils nicht gerade zur Verfügung stehe, ihm den Code zu senden. Können wir dies irgendwie umgehen?

Hat es damit zu tun, dass mein Kollege in Frankreich lebt, da ich auch an der Grenze zu Frankreich lebe. Er arbeitet zudem auch oft von Portugal aus.

Für Ihre Hilfe bin ich Ihnen sehr dankbar.

Now, coming back to your question, take note that standard accounts (Starter (Free), Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single user plans. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals. In order to ensure that your account stays secure, you will have to reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others.

If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
