ich will das ein mitarbeiter dateien runterladen kann die ein kujnde hochgeladen hat, OHNE LOGIN.

die optionen sind gesetzt.

diese links erfordern dennoch login:

keine ahnung was ihr da wieder für mist prgrammiert habt. nicht kundenfruendlich genauso wieder euer chatbot dem man nichtmal nen screenshot schicken kann.

About the issue, I have verified your account settings, and they were properly set up for your employee to be able to view the uploaded files. You just ensure that it was set to public. Since you want an employee to be able to download files from your Jotform Tables. They're required to log in to their Jotform account for security purposes.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

i dont understand - the checkbox "download without login" means: downlaod without login - thats what i understand.

is this an issue at your side?

The settings that you've set up allow only other people to "View Uploaded" files in the form. If you want your employees to be able to have the ability to download, then it's required to log in to their Jotform account.

sorry, "other people" can VIEW - but my own employers cant VIEW? i dont understand...

Sharing your Jotform Tables with other people, like your employees, allows them to view uploaded files. The option to download the uploaded files is only available once they're logged in to their Jotform account.

The Submission Table is accessible to anyone without logging in by setting it as Public, but with a Public Table, the download button is not supported. The download button can only be used when the Table is set to either Private or Company Access, which needs the user to log in to verify their identity. This is to ensure that the submission data is safe and downloaded by authorized persons. The feature to allow downloading the uploaded files in Tables without logging in was already escalated by my colleague, Jerlan. Rest assured that we’ll get back to you with an update as soon as we have one.

In the meantime, you can consider integrating your form with public sharing platform like Google Drive and Dropbox so you and your employees can access the files uploaded or attaching the files uploaded to your form on a Notification email going to your employees. If you are interested in these workarounds, let us know, and we will guide you on how to do it.

Hi George,

No, it is not possible to select one Google Drive or OneDrive folder for attachments of all forms directly within Jotform. As a workaround, you may use Zapier as an alternative. Zapier allows you to specify which Google Drive folder you want the Jotform folder to be contained in, giving you more control over where your files are stored.
