I tested a cloned version of your form and the signature field worked normally, so this doesn’t look like a general outage.

It’s most likely related to a local cache or browser issue. Could you please try the following?
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the form.
- Test the form in a different browser or in private/incognito mode.
- If you have embedded the form on a website, check if the issue happens both on the embedded page and on the direct Jotform link.
