Erstellung von Zertifikaten online durch externe Dozenten

Guten Tag,

ich suche nach einer Lösung mit der verschiedene Dozenten, die für mich tätig sind, die an anderen Orten unregelmäßig Seminare in meinem Namen abhalten für die Teilnahme an den Seminaren Zertifikate automatisiert erstellen können. Es soll die Möglichkeit bestehen, daß die Dozenten die Daten der Teilnehmer online einpflegen und die Zertifikate auf Basis dieser Daten automatisch als .pdf-Datei herunterladen oder per eMail versenden können …

Wichtig ist, daß die Dozenten NUR die Zertifikate für ihre Seminare abrufen können und NUR ich die Zertifikate und Zugriffsmöglichkeiten der Dozenten administriere.

Auszugehen ist von ca. 30 bis 50 Zertifikaten monatlich, die durch etwa 15 Dozenten erstellt werden.

Kann Ihr Service dieses Szenario abbilden? Mit welchen Kosten muß ich monatlich/je Zertifikat rechnen?

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, Jotform allows you to create forms where your instructors can enter participant data online securely. You can set up permissions so that each instructor only accesses and manages certificates related to their own seminars. Certificates can be automatically generated as PDF files based on the submitted data and can be downloaded or sent via email directly from the platform.

For the certificates, do you already have a PDF document of the certificate, or it will be created from scratch as well? If so, we have more than 1600+ PDF Templates that you can use to build your PDF for the certificates. They're so easy to use. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Jotform PDF Templates page and search the template you are looking for.
2. Hover over the template images and click on Preview to take a quick look.
3. If you find the PDF template you're looking for, click on Use Template in the window that opens.
4. On the page that opens, select the form you’d like to apply this PDF document to, or click on Create A New Form. That's it.

You can have the certificates sent as email attachments. Attaching it as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to On position, and select the PDF file you created.

5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

On the other hand, you can easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.

3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:

1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.

This setup supports multiple instructors and monthly certificate volumes, like your 30 to 50 certificates per month from about 15 instructors.
