    Guten Tag,

    meines Wissens sind beim Starter-Paket 100 Antworten pro Monat inkludiert. Zu meinem Formular gehen monatlich max. 40 Antworten ein.

    Warum erhalte ich nun eine Warnung, nach der ich bereits 475 von 500 Antworten "verbraucht" habe?

    Hi buwa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand your concern regarding the limit warning you received.

    It looks like you are hitting the Total Submission Storage limit, not the Monthly Submission limit. For the Starter (Free) plan, the Monthly Submission limit is indeed 100, which resets every month. However, the Total Submission Storage limit is 500. This is the total number of submissions you can keep in your account at any given time, and it does not reset automatically.

    To free up space and remove the warning, you'll need to delete old submissions and purge them from the Trash. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the submissions you want to delete by clicking on the checkboxes on the left.
    2. Click on Delete in the upper-right corner of the page.
    3. Click on the Three Dots icon on the tab at the top-left of the page and select Trashed entries.
    4. Select the submissions again and click on Delete Forever.

    Hi Mehmet,

    thanks for your reply. If I do as you suggested, after clicking on Delete in the upper-right corner the Three Dots icon has disappeared. So I cannot execute the next step.

    Hi buwa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you reach the 500 submission limit, the oldest submission will automatically be deleted to make room for the new one, so you don't need to delete them manually. Also, your forms won't be disabled because of this limit.
