    mein kiosk funktioniert seit ein paar tage. die Besucher können weder auf "take photo" drucken noch weiter das Formular abschicken

    Now, coming back to your question, you can check the app version and device compatibility. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version available, as updates often fix bugs and improve functionality. When launching your form in Kiosk Mode, ensure the Kiosk Lock and other settings are properly configured to prevent unauthorized exits and allow smooth form submissions.

    Kiosk Mode supports offline data collection, but you can ensure the device has enough storage and that the app syncs data when back online. Can you also restart the device or reinstall the Jotform Mobile Forms app to resolve temporary glitches? If the issue persists, a screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link.
