wenn man bei der KI chats lesen tut, kommt man beim Iphine nicht mehr auf den 👍👎 button, bei der letzten Nachricht

thanks for your quick response. English is not a problem.

I’m sending you a screenshot for reference. I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and as you can see, the thumbs-up / thumbs-down buttons are partially hidden at the bottom edge of the screen. When the AI bot’s message is the last message in the chat, I can’t tap the buttons because they sit behind the screen edge.

If there is another message after the bot’s reply (e.g., a user message), the buttons appear normally and are clickable.

This used to work fine, but something seems to have changed recently. Since the bot’s last answer is sometimes not correct, I need those buttons to provide feedback and help train/improve the bot — but right now I can’t do that when the AI’s reply is the last message.

ahm now it works perfectly.

I wanted to Text you the following: i was not in the Browser (Safari) i was in the Jotform App. in the Agent Chats, where you can see the Chats from the Users with the agents.

I wanted to show you step by step by pictures to show what i mean and now i tried again and it works perfect.

Am I stupid ? ;-) Thats the same Chat history. From this morning and now. In the Morning i couldn´t scroll down much more and now it is possible and the buttons are back.

So i would say: cased close.
