    Hallo,


    mein Upload Speicher ist komplett voll, ich habe bereits alles gelöscht auch den Cache aber trotzdem kann ich es nicht mehr nutzen.

    Bitte einmal zurück setzen, Danke

    Thanks for using Jotform. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have German Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

    Now, coming back to your question, It looks like while the submissions were deleted, they have not yet been fully purged from the system. Until submissions are permanently deleted, any file attachments included in them can still count toward your storage usage. To fully free up space, you’ll need to empty the trash. Once they are permanently removed, your storage should update accordingly.

    You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. Next, in the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

    Ich habe alles gelöscht. Alles wurde komplett entfernt und der Cache geleert. Dennoch keine weitere Arbeit möglich
