Show two forms submission into a signe table boards

i have done 2 forms and linked them together.

If the first forms was done i can see it as a list and in the first dashboard - check!

After that i send the second forms from the first dashboard as a link the next step - check!

If the second forms was done I can´t see it in the first dashbord if it was done or not. I just can see when it was sended.

How can I see in the first dashbord or somewhere else that it was done? (not about my workspace).

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on the screenshot that you provided, you are sending the form from the table. When you send the second form using the send button from the first form table, the submission of the second form will show on its own submission table and not in the first form's table.

If you want to see the second form submissions in the first form's table, you can connect the second form inthe table. It only takes a minute to get data from another form in your Table’s page. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and select the Connection tab.

2. Next, in the window that comes up, select Connect a Form and then click on Next.

3. Then, enter a column name, and then click on Next. 

4. Now, select the form and field you want to use from the dropdown. 

 5. Next, you can toggle on Allow Multiple Selection. You can also toggle on Set Default Selected Value to automatically fill cells with a default value.

6. Finally, click on the Create Column button, and you're done. 

That’s it. You can now use the data from the second form. Check out the screencast below to see how it works:
