    Geht so etwas?

Die KI Sagt, es geht über ein Ineventory Widget. Allerdings kann ich das nirgendwo finden bei den Widgets.

    Hi Grafik_GBC,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have German Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

Now, coming back to your question, you can easily set a stock limit for your products using our Inventory widget. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

    2. Click on the Widgets tab, search for Inventory, and click on it to add it to your form.

    3. Click on the Inventory widget field, then click on the Wand icon to open its settings.

    4. In the menu on the left side of the page, under the Available Quantity section enter your stock limit.

Don't forget that you can only use whole numbers in stock, so numbers with decimals won't be recognized. Keep in mind that you can also enable and manage product stock in the payment field. This guide will show you how.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello, thank.

Unfortunately, I can't find the “Inventory” widget when I search for it, like you showed.

Is it possible that it's not included in my subscription?

    Mit den besten Grüßen

    Thanks and best regards

    Hi Lukas,

If you're using the German version of our Form Builder, search for Bestandsliste in the Wigets tab, like on the screenshot below:

    Oh great, that works now.

Is it possible to link this to another feature so you can set it up like a store?

You know, with prices, descriptions, etc.

But in Combination with the inventory.

    Mit den besten Grüßen

    Thanks and best regards

    Hi Lukas,

If you want to add prices and descriptions, it would be better to use the payment field instead of the Inventory widget. This guide will show you how to set up an order form. And this guide will show you How to Enable and Manage Product Stock in Payment Fields. In case you prefer to use the Inventory widget, you can also check this guide.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Lukas,

It looks like one of the guides I'm trying to share is automatically converted to German, but the content of the guide is wrong, so I'll share the bare link:
