Übermitteln des unterzeichneten Mietvertrags

    Hallo!

    Gestern hat ein Mieter den Mietvertrag unterzeichnet. Das hat alles geklappt. Bei dem Unterzeichner kam das Dokument an.
    leider habe ich keine Kopie des pdf erhalten, obwohl meine email Adresse im Formular eingetragen ist

    Our Emails Logs show that all Notification Emails are sent to your email address. Can you please confirm if you have received the Notification email but without the PDF attached to it or if you did not receive anything at all? Can you please share the submission ID?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Vielen Dank für die ID. Es ist wirklich seltsam, dass Sie keine E-Mail erhalten haben. In unserem System wurde diese E-Mail als verschickt angegeben:

    Hier war zwar das PDF nicht angehängt sondern als Link eingefügt aber der Zugriff hätte möglich sein sollen.
    Dürfen wir einmal einen Test auf Ihrem Formular ausfüllen, um zu überprüfen, ob überhaupt noch Benachrichtigungen an Sie verschickt werden?

    Um auch ohne E-Mail über eine neue Formular Antwort informiert zu werden, können Sie die Jotform Mobile Forms App auf Ihrem Smartphone installieren und die Benachrichtigungen für Ihr Formular aktivieren.

    Das PDF-Dokument können Sie jederzeit aus Ihrem PDF-Editor oder auch über den Jotform Posteingang oder die Jotform Tabelle herunterladen. Sie finden in jedem der Bereiche einen Download Button in der rechten oberen Ecke.

    Gerne können wir mit Ihrem Einverständnis einen Test auf Ihrem Formular durchführen. Lassen Sie es uns einfach wissen. Sollte dies kein Ergebnis bringen können wir das Problem gerne zur Lösung an die Entwickler weitergeben.

    Bitte testen Sie es gerne, es ist einfacher für mich wenn ich die Kopie des unterschriebenen Mietvertrags erhalte, das hat bisher IMMER funktioniert.. Daher wundere ich mich.

    I checked your email and it is currently unsubscribed to our emails. Kindly confirm if you want to remove the your email in our unsubscribe list.

    I know that it works if you send the formular to you,

    but the problem is, that i need a copy of every signed contract in my account.

    why is my email unsubscriped? my account is andrea.tien@bergeblick.de

    and of course i do not want to be unsubcribed, because i need the contracts from my customers..

    Thanks for getting back to us. We have removed your email in our unsubscribe list. Can you try it again and see how it goes? I have cleared your form caches as a precaution. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. 

    As for your other concern, you may change your name in your account's profile. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your Account's Profile.
    2. On the left side of your Name, click Edit.

    I will try it with the formular tomorrow.

    i changed my wrong name several times, when i save it, it goes back to the old wrong version.

    WHY ??? I think it is more than one week now that i am in contact with you - without getting a solution :-(.

    Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Could you please try to remove your notification email and then add it again? Most of the time, removing it and then adding it back solves the problem. Let me help you do that

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the left side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    • While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on + Add an Email.

    • Next, select Notification Email.
    • Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.

    Thank you very much.


    Now it works, without changing anything. Thats strange. Yesterday evening there was an new signature from an upcoming guest, and i got a copy of the contract. Like it was before.
