How can my users fill out my form without signing up for Jotform?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ist es möglich, dass meine Kunden mein versendetes Formular ausfüllen können OHNE, dass sie sich dafür extra anmelden müssen? Wenn ich einen Link verschicke, öffnet sich das Formular erst, wenn man sich mit einer E-Mailadresse und Passwort registriert hat.

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Yes, you can allow your respondents to fill out your form even without signing up for Jotform. All you have to do is change the access settings of your form from Private to Public. Changing the status of your form is easy to do. Let me show you how:

• First, open your form in Form Builder.
• In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Publish.
• Under the Publish tab, tap on Quick Share.
• In the Direct Link window that opens up, tap on Private Form.
• In the Access Settings window, tap on Public Form.

That's it. Now, anyone filling out your form won't be asked to create a Jotform account. We also have a guide about How To Change the Access Settings of a Form that you can check out.
