    Hallo!

    Danke

    Oliver

    Hi Oliver,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, I'll help you with your question. Yes, you can set up your questions depending on the user's answers with the help of our Conditional Logic feature. As for the results, you have the option to have your users download the PDF version of their responses once they submit the form. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top bar menu.
    2. Then, click on Thank You Page from the left panel menu.
    3. Next, click on the Action Button in blue and then select Download PDF from the presented options.
    4. Then select Document from the PDF to be Download field and click on Create. That's it.

Now, every time a form user submits the form, they will have the option to download the PDF version of their responses on the Thank You page. We also have a guide on How to Create an Approval Flow that might be useful in your form creation.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
