How to directly pull up the information entered on our Form?

unser Case ist wie folgt:

wir haben verschiedene Formulare, die wir mit Daten von künden füllen müssen.

Bislang haben wir einen Fragebogen, der diese Infos abfragt und wir füllen händisch das passende Formular aus. Welchen Weg seht ihr, um diesen Step zu umgehen und direkt die Infos die eingetragen werden, in unsere Formulare zu ziehen.

Ich hoffe meine Darstellung hat den Prozess genug erklärt.
