I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you tell us what kind of templates are you trying to translate into German? If it is the forms, we have a feature called Multilingual Forms where you can add translations into other languages on your forms then the users will be able to select which language they want to view the form. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
