Conditions Hide page not working.

Pour mon formulaire "Inscription à la plateforme P2P de la Fondation Roi Baudouin - Sous-site", je souhaite qu'en fonction du chiffre sélectionné à la question "Nombre de campagnes souhaitées", une ou plusieurs pages soient cachées.
