    Bonjour,


    J'ai créé un formulaire grâce à votre application Jotform et quand je reçoit ces informations dans une google sheet, elle arrive toujours en mode anglais et non français.

    Friday, Apr 26, 2024 17:00-17:30 alors que je voudrais Vendredi 26 avril 2024 17:00-17:30

    Y a t-il un moyen pour changer cela?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. I'm afraid the Appointment field value is in English by default. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Thank you for your reply. Language doesn't matter, today's translators are often better than we are...


    As far as language is concerned, I don't think that's going to change for a long time. I even tried to change it with a script on googl sheet, but it doesn't work. 


    It's nothing serious, but I would have loved to have a fully automated quote review, that would have been perfect. Unfortunately, this is going to have to be done by hand.
