    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Hi,

    No worries, English is fine thanks.

    Basically when I connected this morning it said that my account was suspended for phishing activities, I have made two forms and I am no a scam... Hope they can be put back online soon as it is for a workshop registration!

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have received the update from the team and your account was suspended because you are using a copyrighted logo. We'll need to remove the logo from the forms to activate the account. Let us know if that is ok so we can proceed.

    If the logo belongs to your organization, you will need to provide the following information:

    1. The URL where their form is used.
    2. Provide any document that will support your claims.
    3. Your website or proof of affiliation to legitimate institutions.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with the Thread # 14171691 as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to you about the status of your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Sure please remove the logo.

    Here's the website where the form is used: https://sinhadanse.com/en/join-our-summer-workshop-2024/

    There are two forms, one in English and the other in French but it's for the same exact purpose.

    If that is not proof enough to keep the logo then please remove it and have the form active please!
