Jotform App: Adding delivery option

    Bonjours je voudrais savoir comment faire pour autorisez les envoie avec colisimo chronopost ect ..

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Can you share more details about what you're trying to send? I looked up Colissimo and Chronopost on Google and it appears that those are courier companies.

    Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    J'ai ouvert ma boutique en ligne de bonbon est les gens commande mes le problème j'ai pas le point de livraison chronopost ou point relais , colisimo

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry but I didn't quite understand your concern. Are you trying to add a delivery option to your online store? If yes, unfortunately, we don't have that feature but you can collect your customer's address by adding an Address element to your store. Here's how to do that:

    1. In App Builder, click the Card icon on the right side under the Paint Roller icon to go to Store Properties.
    2. Click on the Checkout Page tab and click the Add Element button.
