Feature: Ability to enable the translation on a Jotform App

nous avons créé une app pour notre évènement et je voulais savoir comment gérer les traductions dans les autres langues ?
nous avons déjà fait la gestion des traductions pour les formulaires mais on ne sait pas comment faire pour l'app

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Thanks for patiently waiting while I look into this. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to set the App to different languages. However, there's a workaround that you might find useful. You can make your form multilingual, and then you can embed it into your Jotform App. Let me show you how you can set up your form language: 

• On the Jotform Forms page, at the color orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
• In the Menu that will appear on the left side of the screen, select Form Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
• Click on Edit beside the Form Languages, and then click on + Add Language.
• Don't forget to click on + Add.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there's currently no option to translate a Jotform App in the App Builder. As a workaround, you can change the text for the app buttons like the homepage and feedback to your preferred language. Let me show you how to do it:

• In the App Builder, click on the Navigation Settings on the lower right side of the page.
• In the Navigation menu, you can start changing the navigation buttons language.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
