Changer le nom d'un formulaire

Bonjour, j'ai changé le titre de mon formulaire mais lorsque j'envoie le lien, le titre qui apparaît n'est pas celui que j'ai choisi. Que dois-je faire?

Now, coming back to your question. I see that your browser page title is not updated. I'll walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Form Settings in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Scroll down and update the Page Title. That's it.
