Refund Request: Apple Subscription

    Bonjour, j’ai acheté un forfait Jotform par erreur. Je l’ai annulé immédiatement , mais le montant a été pris dans mon compte quand même. J’aimerais être remboursée s’il vous plaît.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, we're unable to refund subscriptions paid through Apple. You may refer to our Terms of Use regarding this.
