Espace de stockage : L'espace ne se libère pas après suppression des soumissions

Bonjour, j’ai supprimé toutes mes soumissions mais l’espace de stockage reste plein et ne descend pas, comment faire ?

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account limits and found that uploads on your forms are still occupying 145.73 MB of your 100 MB storage. I reviewed the account, and it seems that it has received many file uploads through a form that includes an Upload File field. As a result, the account has exceeded its total upload storage limit. Note that this limit applies to the entire account, not to individual forms.

To resolve this, you can either delete some uploaded files or forms to free up space or upgrade the account to increase the available storage. For a detailed comparison of available plans and their limits, visit our pricing page.

Keep in mind that deleting submissions or forms does not immediately remove them from the system—they remain in the Trash folder for 30 days. We recommend checking and permanently emptying the Trash to fully clear up space. 

You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.
