quotas atteints?

    Bonjour,

    Il m'est indiqué que mon quota de stockage est atteint.

    J'ai supprimés les soumissions qui devrait donc permettre de récupérer mon quota mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas.

    Hi Nadege,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Our french support is currently not available at this time, but I'll try my best to help you in English. I understand that your account is overlimit. I've checked your account and I can see that you have used up space for uploads. You have currently used 105.76mb. Under free subscription upload limits is 100mb. If you have already deleted your submission, I recommend to purge your Trash Entries to free upspace. Here is a Guide to help you do that.

    merci pour l'aide.

    J'ai supprimé l'ensemble des formulaire et j'ai retrouvé mon quota de stockage mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas?

    Y a t'il un délai entre la suppression et la remise à niveau?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As our French support is currently not available, we will assist you in English. We have manually refreshed your Upload Space and cleared your form cache. Your forms and accounts should be working normally now. If you encounter a similar issue in the future where you have deleted but the account limit has yet been updated, please try to clear your form cache from your end by following these steps:

    1. Hover on your avatar.
    2. Click Settings to go to the Account Settings page.
    3. Scroll down to the Form Caches section.
    4. Click the Clear Cache button.
