    Nous rencontrons un problème important, nos formulaires ne s'ouvrent plus. Ce message d'erreur apparait. Pouvez-voir quel est le problème ?

    Now, let me help you with your question.  I'm sorry you are having issues with this. Our developers have recently identified that ISPs in Belgium blocked our domain which is 'form.jotform.com.' We were informed that our relevant team has reached out to these IPs to unblock our domain.

    In the meantime, our developers suggested that you use a different domain which is 'form.jotformeu.com' to access your form. For example:

    https://form.jotformeu.com/{formID}
