Form is not loading

    Bonjour, le lien de mon formulaire ne fonctionne plus. Quand je clique dessus, il charge sans arrêt sans arriver sur la page à remplir. Pouvez vous m’aider ou elle renvoyer un nouveau lien? Merci

We have a known issue where the form with the link "form.jotform.com" will not work because it has been blocked by some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Belgium. Our developers are aware of this and they are now working on fixing the issue. We will circle back on this thread once we hear from them.

    It would also be helpful if you can also contact your provider for IP blacklist removal.

    Donc si j’ai bien compris, ce lien continuera de fonctionner même par la suite? J’aurai donc encore un autre lien quand le problème sera résolu?
